FRAGMENT LAB is committed to delivering research-grade quality on every order. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product did not meet our advertised purity standards (>99%)
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of research compounds and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Change-of-mind purchases once an order has shipped
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact us at support@fragmentlab.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence where applicable. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
