Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about our peptides and research supplies.
Products & Quality
What purity level are your peptides?
All Fragment Lab peptides are verified at 99%+ purity by independent third-party laboratories using HPLC analysis. Each batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) available on the product page.
Are your peptides safe to use?
Fragment Lab products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and are not food, drug, or medical device products.
How are the peptides tested?
Each batch undergoes HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry analysis at an accredited third-party lab. Results are posted as a Certificate of Analysis linked on each product page.
Do you carry a Certificate of Analysis for each product?
Yes. Every product has an associated COA button on its product page. Click "Certificate of Analysis" to view the lab report for that specific batch.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location — typically 3–7 business days domestically. See our Shipping Info page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within select regions. Please review our Shipping Info page for the most up-to-date coverage areas and any import restrictions that may apply in your country.
How are peptides packaged for shipping?
All lyophilized peptides are shipped at ambient temperature in secure, discreet packaging. For longer transit times, we use insulated pouches to maintain stability.
Storage & Handling
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. For long-term storage, keep at –20°C. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 4–6 weeks.
What solvent should I use for reconstitution?
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is the recommended solvent for most peptides. For specific compounds, sterile saline or dilute acetic acid may be preferred — refer to our Reconstitution Guide for details.
Can I freeze reconstituted peptides?
It is not recommended to freeze reconstituted peptides as repeated freeze-thaw cycles can degrade the compound. Use single-use aliquots if long-term storage after reconstitution is required.
