Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

Standard domestic delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are delivered within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. FRAGMENT LAB ships to most countries; however, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm that importing such research compounds is legal in their jurisdiction.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. FRAGMENT LAB has no control over customs processing times or fees.

Packaging

All products are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Cold-chain shipping is used where required.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@fragmentlab.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
